🔬 About the Role
AlKhidmat Foundation Sindh is hiring a Health Coordinator – Health Services to manage diagnostic operations, business development, financial performance, and compliance with health regulations. This role also involves frequent travel across Sindh to oversee operations and strengthen healthcare services.
📌 Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of diagnostic laboratories, ensuring high-quality service and patient care.

Develop growth strategies including outreach, partnerships, and new service offerings.

Monitor financial performance: budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.

Ensure compliance with government health and safety regulations.

Lead and mentor diagnostic services teams.
-
Conduct regular site visits across Sindh to review operations and ensure quality.
-
Manage procurement of medicines, devices, and consumables (vendor negotiation, quotation analysis, compliance).
🎓 Job Requirements

Education: Degree in Medical Technology, Health Sciences, MPH, or PharmD.

Additional certifications in Diagnostic Services / Healthcare Management (preferred).

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in diagnostic labs or health services management.

Experience in business development/marketing in healthcare sector.

Strong knowledge of government health regulations.
-
Willingness to travel frequently within Sindh.
