Role Overview

Unilever is looking for a passionate and skilled Assistant Manager Quality – Foods to join its Supply Chain team at the Lahore Foods Factory.
This position focuses on maintaining the highest quality standards in production, ensuring product safety, and implementing Unilever’s global Quality Management System (QMS) to meet both local and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain Unilever’s Quality Management Systems (QMS) at the factory level.

  • Ensure compliance with national and international food safety standards.

  • Monitor production lines to maintain product quality and hygiene.

  • Lead and train factory teams on quality practices, hygiene, and consumer safety.

  • Manage product testing, audits, and certifications.

  • Ensure HACCP and GMP standards are followed throughout the production cycle.

  • Handle internal quality audits and consumer complaints effectively.

  • Work closely with the Quality Manager and other cross-functional teams for process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or Engineering.

  • 2–3 years of experience in food quality, manufacturing, or supply chain roles.

  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Familiarity with food safety, HACCP, and QMS standards.
